The applicable temperature range for two-component organic silicon high-temperature resistant coatings is usually between 200 ℃ and 1200 ℃. Specifically, as follows:
200 ℃ -300 ℃: Type I various colored silicone heat-resistant paint, with a long-term use temperature of up to 300 ℃, suitable for various equipment parts such as large boilers, high-temperature steam pipes, and flues that require high temperature resistance of 300 ℃.
300 ℃ -500 ℃: Type II silver white organic silicon heat-resistant paint, can be used to coat steel parts that require high temperature resistance of 500 ℃, such as engine casings, exhaust pipes, mufflers, ovens, furnaces, etc.
500 ℃ -700 ℃: Type III black silicone ceramic heat-resistant paint, suitable for special occasions that require temperature resistance not exceeding 700 ℃.
700 ℃ -1200 ℃: Some high-performance two-component organic silicon high-temperature resistant coatings can work for a long time in high temperature environments of 700 ℃ -1200 ℃, and are used in special fields that require extremely high temperature resistance, such as some high-temperature components in aerospace and ultra high temperature industrial furnaces.
