The coating thickness is greater than 100nm, although very thin, it has a strong barrier effect, adding a reliable protective barrier to plastic packaging. Its hardness is moderate, neither making the plastic packaging brittle due to being too hard nor easily scratched due to being too soft. While ensuring the integrity of the packaging, it can also withstand a certain degree of external friction and compression. The transparency (visible light) is greater than 90%, ensuring the transparency of the packaging and allowing consumers to visually see the product, enhancing its attractiveness.
In terms of adhesion, the scratch test reaches level 0, which means it can firmly adhere to the surface of plastic packaging. Whether it is through folding, curling and other packaging processes, or facing temperature changes, vibrations and other situations during transportation and storage, the coating will not peel off and always maintain good gas barrier and waterproof effects.
In practical applications, for products with high packaging requirements such as food, medicine, and electronic products, using IOTA PHPS coating on plastic packaging can better protect the quality and performance of the products. For example, in food packaging, coating with this coating can effectively prevent oxygen from entering, delay food oxidation and mold growth, and maintain the freshness and taste of the food; For electronic product packaging, it can prevent problems such as short circuits caused by water vapor intrusion, ensuring the safety of the product during transportation and storage.
