With excellent surface performance optimization capabilities, this product is widely applicable to solvent-based, solvent-free, and water-based coating and ink systems, providing the industry with efficient and environmentally friendly formulation solutions.

IOTA 3000 leveling agent, with silicone as its core component, significantly reduces the surface tension of coatings, achieving excellent wettability on difficult-to-wet substrates and effectively solving common construction defects such as craters and orange peel. Its unique molecular structure endows the coating surface with a smooth texture, significantly enhancing scratch resistance and anti-blocking performance. Meanwhile, by inhibiting the formation of Benard cells, it optimizes film leveling and gloss, resulting in a more uniform and delicate coating appearance.

In application scenarios, IOTA 3000 demonstrates strong versatility:

• Water-based systems (e.g., water-based pigments, latex paints, water-based inks): The recommended addition amount is 0.3%~1% of the total formula, which can improve dispersion stability and film-forming smoothness;
• Oil-based systems: An addition amount as low as 0.05%~0.5% can efficiently enhance scratch resistance and anti-crater effects;
• Solvent-free systems: An addition amount of 0.3%~1% balances leveling performance and construction efficiency, making it particularly suitable for high-solid coatings.

As a solvent-free, environmentally friendly additive, IOTA 3000 complies with the current trend of low VOC emissions in the coatings industry. It also exhibits excellent compatibility with various resin systems without affecting interlayer adhesion or recoatability. Aiyota's technical team stated that the product has undergone rigorous testing and maintains stable performance even in high-temperature baking environments (below 250°C), meeting the stringent requirements of industrial coatings, wood coatings, furniture paints, and other fields.
