July 7, 2025 – Anhui Aiyota Silicone Oil Co., Ltd. introduced IOTA 96082, an aqueous silicone resin elastomer suspension designed to elevate skincare, makeup, and haircare products through innovative microsphere structure and multi-functional benefits. This non-ionic suspension of Dimethicone/Vinyl Trimethylsiloxysilicate Crosspolymer microspheres delivers long-lasting silky texture, oil control, and easy formulation, positioning it as a versatile raw material for personal care applications.
IOTA 96082’s key strengths lie in its spherical microsphere architecture and water-based formulation. The inner phase of spherical crosslinked polymer microspheres provides a dry, non-greasy silky feel, while offering notable wrinkle-blurring and oil-control properties—enhancing both skincare texture and makeup longevity. Technical specifications include a milky white viscous liquid appearance, 55-60% solid content, and centrifugal stability (2500rpm*15min) ≤0.5ml, ensuring uniform dispersion and long-term formula stability. As an aqueous system, it integrates easily into water phases or via post-addition, compatible with medium-shear mixing to streamline production.
Applications span skincare, suncare, color cosmetics, and haircare: 10-70% addition in skincare improves moisturizer smoothness; 30-70% in makeup enhances foundation/lipstick powderiness and wrinkle coverage; 0.5-6% in haircare boosts combability and oil control. Optimal results are achieved with volatile cyclomethicones or low-viscosity silicones.
Leveraging precision dispersion technology at its Bengbu facility, Aiyota has scaled production of IOTA 96082, packaged in 200Kg plastic drums. Classified as non-hazardous for transport and storage with a 12-month shelf life, the product has passed skin irritation testing and is available for global orders. "IOTA 96082 combines silicone elastomer performance with aqueous system convenience, offering brand clients a solution balancing efficacy and process compatibility," noted Aiyota’s Personal Care R&D Director, empowering the creation of differentiated personal care products.
