IOTA ST2 Water-Based Nano High-Hardness Self-Cleaning Coating is a colorless transparent liquid infused with nano-titanium oxide, delivering a multi-functional layer integrating superhydrophobicity, high hardness, and long-lasting self-cleaning. Activated by UV and visible light, it generates hydroxyl radicals to efficiently decompose oil stains, bacteria, and mold toxins, while removing formaldehyde, deodorizing, and purifying air—providing comprehensive protection for metals, glass, ceramics, stone, and solar panels.

Key performance highlights: Water contact angle >100° after curing for bead-like water滚落 without traces; pencil hardness 5-8H for scratch resistance, paired with high light transmittance to preserve substrate appearance; heat resistance up to 200℃ and excellent aging resistance, ideal for outdoor applications like photovoltaic glass and curtain walls, reducing dust adhesion and extending panel lifespan.

Easy application: Surface-dries in 10-30 minutes at room temperature (spraying or dipping), with fast curing via 170℃ heating for 5 minutes or room-temperature curing (with 5%-8% curing agent) in 1-3 days, ensuring no residue and strong adhesion. As a water-based coating, it is formaldehyde-free and benzene-free, eco-friendly. Whether for metal anti-oxidation, glass hydrophobic/UV resistance, or stone anti-corrosion, IOTA ST2 combines "self-cleaning + multi-protection" to offer long-lasting, low-maintenance surface solutions for industrial and civil scenarios.
