Recently, an organosilicon polysilazane ambient temperature curing coating resin named IOTA-OPSZ-9150 has garnered significant attention in the market. As a transparent, batch-produced polysilazane resin, IOTA-OPSZ-9150 enables efficient curing at ambient temperature thanks to its unique Si-NH-Si bond structure, offering innovative solutions for the coating industry.

Upon curing, IOTA-OPSZ-9150 forms a transparent solid with excellent resistance to alcohols, ketones, and other organic solvents. Its single-component design simplifies usage, allowing solubility in ethers, alkanes, and other solvents, while avoiding dilution with alcohols or water. The product boasts UV resistance, non-flammability (post-curing), oxidation and corrosion resistance, ease of application, durability, and cleanability.

Technically, IOTA-OPSZ-9150 presents as a colorless transparent liquid with a solid content exceeding 99%, moderate viscosity for easy application. Post-curing, it achieves a hardness of 9H, with a visible light transmittance exceeding 90%, a water contact angle of 105°, and a metal adhesion (cross-cut test) rating of 0, demonstrating exceptional performance.

In applications, IOTA-OPSZ-9150 is widely used for anti-graffiti coatings on buildings and metal anti-corrosion coatings. It also serves as a silicone resin curing agent and a hardness enhancer for general organic resins. Packaged in 5-liter metal drums, it ensures product quality.

Regarding shelf life, unopened products have a two-year shelf life, while opened products' applicability is influenced by protective measures, lasting over six months under sealed, low-temperature, and dry conditions. Usage requires a ventilated, dry environment with necessary protective measures such as gloves, masks, and goggles.
