Recently, a new organosilicon polysilazane room temperature curing coating resin named IOTA-OPSZ-9150 has been officially launched, bringing a new technological breakthrough to the coating industry. IOTA-OPSZ-9150 is a transparent, batch-stabilized polysilazane resin that, thanks to its unique Si-NH-Si bond structure, can achieve efficient curing at room temperature, providing a novel solution for areas such as building anti-graffiti and metal corrosion prevention.
After curing, the product forms a transparent solid with a hardness of up to 9H, demonstrating excellent mechanical properties. Additionally, IOTA-OPSZ-9150 is resistant to alcohols, ketones, and other organic solvents, non-flammable (after curing), antioxidant, corrosion-resistant, durable, and easy to clean. Its convenient application process allows for curing at room temperature, significantly saving time and costs.
In terms of technical parameters, IOTA-OPSZ-9150 appears as a colorless transparent liquid with a solid content of over 99%, a viscosity of 50cPs, a light transmittance (visible light) >90%, a water contact angle of 105°, and a metal adhesion (cross-cut method) of grade 0, showcasing outstanding performance.
IOTA-OPSZ-9150 is widely used in building anti-graffiti, metal corrosion prevention coatings, silicone resin curing agents, and ordinary organic resin hardening agents, providing high-performance coating solutions for related industries. It is packaged in 5-liter metal drums to ensure product stability and safety.
In terms of storage period, unopened IOTA-OPSZ-9150 has a shelf life of two years, while the applicable period after opening is over six months (under sealed, low-temperature, and dry conditions). When using, it should be carried out in a ventilated and dry environment with necessary protective measures taken.
