IOTA ST4 redefines coating performance with a water-based, pure solvent formula, delivering 9H pencil hardness, acid/alkali resistance, and a transparent high-gloss finish. Its cured film offers scratch resistance, anti-graffiti, and anti-fouling (dust/oil) protection, keeping metal, glass, ceramic, and wooden surfaces pristine long-term.

Engineered to withstand extreme heat up to 900℃, it doubles as a fire-retardant coating for wood, ideal for kitchen appliances, industrial parts, and architectural decor. With 0-class adhesion, it bonds tightly to substrates, with adjustable film thickness (wet:10-100μm, dry:1-50μm) and optimal performance at <10μm dry film, ensuring high light transmittance.

Flexible application meets diverse needs: brush/flow/spin/roll coating, 30-minute touch-dry (7-day full cure at room temperature), or accelerated curing at 150℃ (10-minute initial cure for 5-8H hardness, 3-hour full cure for 9H). Packaged in 25kg plastic/200kg iron drums, stored sealed at 5-35℃ (6-month shelf life), and transported as non-hazardous goods, it guarantees eco-safe handling.
