July 2025 – Anhui Aiyota Silicone Oil Co., Ltd. introduces IOTA 9150K, an organopolysilazane coating resin featuring Si-NH-Si bonds for room-temperature curing. This innovative solution delivers low viscosity, strong adhesion, and superior mechanical properties, revolutionizing applications in coatings and composites.

IOTA 9150K’s core advantage lies in its ambient-curing capability. Through hydrolysis and oxidation of Si-NH-Si bonds, it achieves touch-dry in 1-10 minutes (formula customizable) and full curing within 24 hours at room temperature, reaching 7H hardness. Curing can be accelerated by baking at 120-150°C for 2-5 hours post-tack-free. The cured 3D cross-linked film offers 100°-105° water contact angle and >95% visible light transmittance, balancing hydrophobicity and transparency.

With viscosity of 10-40cp, IOTA 9150K supports versatile application methods (brushing, dipping, spraying) on substrates including metals, glass, and plastics (PP, PC, PVC, PMMA). It boasts 0-class adhesion (cross-cut test), <1% linear shrinkage, and >100μm crack threshold. The resin exhibits excellent oxidation/corrosion resistance, with clear coatings stable below 300°C and formulated coatings耐受 up to 1000°C, ideal for high-performance paints, non-flammable composites, and low-surface-tension easy-clean applications.

Due to high reactivity, IOTA 9150K is primarily available at 50% solid content (customizable) in 100ml-5L sealed metal containers, with a 12-month shelf life (0-20°C storage). Post-application, tools must be cleaned immediately with acetone or solvent oil; cured coatings are solvent-resistant.
