This single-component transparent resin, with its unique chemical structure and exceptional properties, is poised to play a significant role in multiple high-end applications.
IOTA-OPSZ-9150 utilizes advanced polysilazane technology, where the Si-NH-Si bonds in its molecular structure enable room temperature curing. During the curing process, Si-NH-Si bonds undergo hydrolysis and oxidation reactions while simultaneously bonding with hydroxyl groups on substrate surfaces, forming strong adhesion. With appropriate catalyst addition, Si-H and Si-NH-Si reactions are further promoted, creating a three-dimensional cross-linked structure that achieves an impressive hardness rating of 9H.
The product demonstrates outstanding comprehensive performance. The cured coating features high transparency (visible light transmittance >90%) and excellent UV resistance, antioxidant properties, and corrosion resistance. Additionally, the coating shows strong resistance to alcohols, ketones, and other organic solvents, with good cleanability characteristics. The cured product is non-flammable, ensuring excellent safety performance.
Technically, IOTA-OPSZ-9150 performs exceptionally well: solid content exceeds 99%, viscosity is only 50cPs, water contact angle reaches 105°, and metal substrate adhesion achieves grade 0 standards. The product surface dries in 2 hours at room temperature with full curing in 3 days, and hardness can reach 8H with heat treatment assistance.
The product finds wide application in anti-graffiti coatings for buildings, metal anti-corrosion coatings, silicone resin curing agents, and hardening agents for conventional organic resins. Packaged in 5-liter sealed metal containers, it offers convenient storage and transportation.
