In terms of curing process, IOTA OPSZ 1800 demonstrates great flexibility. Without initiators, the product can achieve rapid curing at 200-250°C; when 0.5-1.0% radical initiators such as dicumyl peroxide are added, the curing temperature can be reduced to 100-180°C with curing time controlled between 1-90 minutes, significantly improving production efficiency.
The resin offers wide application adaptability with typical usage of 10-60%, compatible with various solvents. When heated above 700°C, the polymer converts to ceramic coating, providing excellent protection for substrates. The product can be widely applied in high-temperature ceramic coatings, thermal-stable anti-corrosion coatings, and non-stick coatings.
IOTA OPSZ 1800 also delivers exceptional coating performance with pencil hardness exceeding 9H, good chemical resistance, and thermal shock resistance. Coating thickness can be controlled between 10-300μm with adjustable surface gloss, meeting aesthetic requirements for different application scenarios.
