Recently, a heat-curing coating resin named IOTA OPSZ 1800 (organosilicon polysilazane) has garnered significant attention in the market. IOTA OPSZ 1800 coating resin features a low-viscosity solvent-free system with a solid content of up to 99.99%. It can rapidly cure when heated to 200°C. The coated object needs to be heated to at least 425°C to transform the polymer into ceramic, with a peak service temperature of up to 1800°C. In terms of typical coating performance, IOTA OPSZ 1800 excels with a variety of colors, gloss options ranging from matte to silk, flexible dosage, and a wide thickness range. Its pencil hardness exceeds 9H, with good chemical resistance and heat shock resistance, providing strong protection for coatings under various extreme environments.
