IOTA ST1 Waterborne Nano High-Hardness Self-Cleaning Coating, crafted with advanced nanotechnology, combines the benefits of waterborne silicone coatings, self-cleaning coatings, high-hardness coatings, and hydrophobic coatings. This emulsion-like liquid coating, when applied to substrates, significantly reduces surface tension and, under the action of ultraviolet and visible light, generates hydroxyl radicals, demonstrating strong catalytic degradation and self-cleaning capabilities.
IOTA ST1 not only effectively decomposes surface oil stains, kills bacteria, and processes toxins released by bacteria or fungi but also offers multiple functions such as formaldehyde removal, odor elimination, anti-fouling, and air purification. It is widely applicable in areas including metal surface oxidation resistance, waterproofing, and anti-fouling; glass surface water repellency, anti-fouling, and UV resistance; ceramic and stone surface waterproofing, anti-fouling, and corrosion resistance; as well as solar cell anti-fouling and weather-resistant coatings.
The coating is easy to apply, with high adhesion and no residue. It dries quickly after normal temperature spraying or dipping and pulling, and can be cured by heating or at normal temperature. After curing, it exhibits excellent hydrophobic properties with a water contact angle of over 100 degrees, is transparent and colorless with high light transmittance, and has a hardness of up to 8H, being resistant to aging and offering persistent self-cleaning capabilities. Nano titanium dioxide activates under light conditions, providing antibacterial and deodorizing effects, decomposing bacteria and mold. It is resistant to boiling water and high temperatures, with no changes to the coating at temperatures below 200 degrees.
IOTA ST1 forms a high-density, stable nano superhydrophobic transparent ceramic coating on the substrate surface. Dust and dirt easily slide off with water, offering persistent self-cleaning, dust-proofing, light-enhancing, anti-condensation, and antibacterial organic decomposition effects when applied to surfaces such as photovoltaic glass, battery panels, and glass curtain walls, providing more convenience for daily life and extending the service life of battery panels.
