This coating is a water - based product. For thermal curing at 150°C, it initially cures in 10 minutes with a hardness of 5 - 8H and fully cures in 3 hours with a hardness of 9H.

During construction, first polish, degrease, and clean the device. As the coating is a pure water - based solvent, it is recommended to use brushing, dip - coating, spin - coating, or roll - coating methods. Note that the coating performs best when the dry - film thickness is below 10 microns, and unused products should be stored in an airtight manner after opening. The coating is packaged in 25 - kg plastic drums or 200 - kg iron drums, transported as non - dangerous goods, and has a shelf life of 6 months. Choosing this coating means choosing a perfect combination of environmental protection and high quality.
