IOTA PHPS takes full - hydrogen polysilazane as its main component and is stored in a solvent after dilution. It boasts excellent solubility, short curing times, and diverse curing methods. Its curing mechanism mainly occurs through the hydrolysis of Si - N bonds. The curing conditions are flexible. It can be cured at room temperature for over 7 days or through moisture curing at 90% humidity and 150β for 2 hours. The cured coating has excellent properties. Composed mainly of SiOx, it has a thickness of over 100nm. Its hardness ranges from 3 - 10GPa under different curing conditions, with a pencil hardness of up to 9H (Zhonghua). Its transparency exceeds 90%, and its adhesion is Grade 0. It can withstand temperatures of 800β and has strong rust, alkali, and salt - water resistance. Although its acid (10% hydrochloric acid) resistance is relatively weak, it can last for about a month.
In application areas, IOTA PHPS can be used in building anti - graffiti, precious metal anti - corrosion, rail transit, semiconductor insulating layers, electronic circuits, plastic packaging for gas and water resistance, metal high - temperature oxidation resistance, and surface hardening coatings, showing great market potential.
