IOTA-OPSZ-9150 is a transparent one-component polysilazane resin that revolutionizes coating efficiency and performance standards through its unique Si-NH-Si bond structure, enabling rapid room-temperature curing. Its curing mechanism involves hydrolysis and oxidation of Si-NH-Si bonds, while strongly reacting with substrate -OH groups to deliver exceptional adhesion (0-class cross-cut test). With catalysts, Si-H bonds further crosslink to form a 3D dense network, achieving a maximum hardness of 9H post-curing, with both impact and abrasion resistance.

Key advantages include: a colorless transparent solid after curing with 90% visible light transmittance, preserving substrate appearance; 150° water contact angle for superhydrophobicity, resistance to alcohols, ketones, and organic solvents; excellent UV resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion protection; and non-flammable cured material for enhanced safety. As a one-component system, it dissolves in ethers and alkanes, supporting brushing, spraying, and other application methods. It skins in 2 hours and fully cures in 3 days (20-25℃), with curing acceleration possible at low temperatures (8H hardness at 120℃/2h).

Applications span architectural anti-graffiti coatings (resisting stains and easy to clean), metal anti-corrosion coatings (long-term rust prevention), silicone resin curing agents, and organic resin hardeners (improving surface hardness and weather resistance). Packaged in 5L sealed metal drums, it offers a 2-year shelf life unopened and over 6 months after opening with sealed low-temperature storage, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
