IOTA 9108 is a liquid polysilazane with repeating Si-N units, dual-functional as thermosetting resin and ceramic precursor. It converts to SiCN ceramic resistant to 1500℃ via pyrolysis under mild conditions, offering a revolutionary solution for high-temperature material preparation. With low viscosity (<500 mPa·s at 25℃), it enables versatile processing (impregnation, spraying, brushing) and bonds strongly to metals, ceramics, graphite (>2.0MPa adhesion),adhesion challenges of traditional high-temperature materials.
