IOTA 9150K is a liquid organopolysilazane engineered for room-temperature curing coating systems. It cures at room temperature via hydrolysis and oxidation of Si-NH-Si bonds, with accelerated crosslinking via catalysts to form a 3D network structure. Featuring low viscosity (＜300 mPa·s at 25℃ for 50% solids) and high adhesion (0-class cross-cut on metals), the cured coating is non-flammable (UL94 V-0), anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion, suitable for multi-substrate protection and easy-clean coating on metal, glass, plastic, etc.
