IOTA OPSZ 1800 is a solvent-free thermosetting organopolysilazane resin with 99.99% solid content and low viscosity. It cures rapidly at 200℃, or 100-180℃ in 1-90 minutes with 0.5%-1.0% free radical initiators (e.g., DCP). Converts to SiCN ceramic at high temperature, offering 1000℃+ working temp and 1800℃ peak temp resistance, ideal for high-temp ceramic coatings, anti-corrosion, and non-stick applications.
