OPSZ 1800 utilizes a solvent-free, low-viscosity system with a solid content of up to 99.99%, containing no volatile components, making it environmentally friendly and highly efficient. It cures rapidly when heated to 200°C. With the addition of appropriate peroxide initiators, the curing temperature can be reduced to 100-180°C, with curing times as short as 1-90 minutes, significantly improving production efficiency and adaptability to various application scenarios. Whether using the initiator-free system for curing at 200-250°C or incorporating initiators for low-temperature rapid curing, OPSZ 1800 can be easily tailored to meet process requirements.

More importantly, OPSZ 1800 exhibits exceptional stability in high-temperature environments. When the coated object is heated to above 425°C, the polymer gradually transforms into a ceramic structure; at temperatures exceeding 700°C, complete ceramic conversion occurs, forming a hard, dense, and high-temperature-resistant ceramic protective layer. This "intelligent conversion" capability makes it ideal for applications such as high-temperature ceramic coatings, thermally stable anti-corrosion coatings, and non-stick coatings, widely used in demanding industrial sectors like aerospace, energy and chemical processing, metal smelting, and automotive manufacturing.
