Water-based ceramic coating 2

The adhesion of water-based ceramic coatings is influenced by various factors, such as the particle size of ceramic particles, the type and amount of binder, and surface treatment methods.

1. Choose the appropriate adhesive: Based on the application requirements of the coating, choose the appropriate adhesive to meet the performance requirements of the coating and have good compatibility with ceramic particles, thereby improving the adhesion of the coating.

2. Control the particle size of ceramic particles: The particle size of ceramic particles has a certain impact on the adhesion of the coating. Fine ceramic particles can make the coating denser, thereby improving the adhesion of the coating. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the appropriate ceramic particle size.

3. Surface treatment: Before applying water-based ceramic coatings, it is necessary to pre treat the substrate surface, such as polishing, cleaning, drying, etc., to remove impurities and oil stains on the surface and improve the adhesion of the coating.

4. Control coating process: When coating water-based ceramic coatings, it is necessary to control the thickness, uniformity, and other parameters of the coating to avoid situations where the coating is too thick or too thin, so as not to affect the adhesion of the coating.

5. Heat treatment: After the coating is dried, appropriate heat treatment can improve the adhesion of the coating. Heat treatment can promote the solidification of the binder, allowing ceramic particles to better bond with the substrate surface, thereby improving the adhesion of the coating.
