The differences are significant, as follows:
General ceramic coating: It can usually withstand high temperatures of around 1500 ℃, such as some ceramic coatings used in ordinary industrial equipment, high-temperature furnaces, etc.
Ceramic coatings with special formulas or specific applications
Nano composite ceramic coatings: Some cured nano composite ceramic coatings have a temperature resistance of over 600 ℃, and some special formulations can even withstand temperatures up to 3000 ℃.
ZS-1023 Ultra High Temperature Metal Anti Oxidation Ceramic Coating: Using specially designed high-temperature resistant synthetic C-C and B-C solutions as film-forming substances, and adding pure inorganic materials such as yttrium trioxide, dysprosium trioxide, SrZrO3, SiC, ZrB ₂ as fillers, it can be used for a long time in high temperature environments above 3000 ℃ without aging and has good adhesion.
ZS-833 Flexible High Temperature Ceramic Anti Corrosion Coating: Using a specially designed high-temperature resistant inorganic silicate modified solution as the film-forming substance, the coating is composed of rare earth oxides, boron nitride, aluminum oxide and other metal oxides. The temperature resistance of the coating can reach 1600 ℃.
Thermal barrier coating: A thermal barrier ceramic coating applied in fields such as aviation engines, which can withstand high temperatures above 2000 ℃, but usually requires measures such as air cooling to ensure that the temperature of the metal substrate is below 1000 ℃.
KNM1000 nano ceramic coating: can withstand high temperatures of 1800 ℃ on graphite substrates.
