The curing conditions, solubility, and other processing properties can be adjusted according to different modification methods and resin combinations. For example, some organic silicon modified resins can achieve room temperature curing, which is convenient for use in environments without heating conditions such as construction sites. Moreover, they can be well dissolved in commonly used organic solvents through blending, making it easy for spraying, brushing, and other operations, and suitable for various construction processes.
Examples of applicable scenarios: In the field of architecture, organic silicon modified resin can be used for exterior wall coatings, utilizing its weather resistance to resist outdoor environmental changes, while ensuring strong adhesion of the coating to the wall with good adhesion; It can also be used for surface treatment of indoor decorative materials, leveraging its environmental advantages such as low VOC emissions. However, even these relatively universal silicone resin products cannot fully cover all extreme and special application needs, such as the aerospace industry's requirements for materials with ultra-high heat resistance and radiation resistance, or the extremely strict safety standards for food contact materials.
