Organic silicon high-temperature resistant coating: using organic silicon resin as the main film-forming substance, it can withstand high temperatures of 200-1200 ℃, has excellent anti-corrosion, electrical insulation, weather resistance, and thermal stability. It self dries and solidifies at room temperature, dries quickly, and is easy to apply. It is widely used for high-temperature anti-corrosion of blast furnaces and hot blast stoves in metallurgy, petroleum, and chemical industries. It can also be used for high-temperature anti-corrosion protection of metal surfaces such as chimneys, flues, high-temperature hot gas pipelines, heating furnaces, and heat exchangers.
Fluororesin coating: It has excellent high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and self-cleaning properties. It can be used for a long time above 200 ℃, but it is not easily dissolved in solvents. Even if dissolved, its solid content is low, the film formation is thin, the construction is not very convenient, and the mechanical properties are not ideal. It is commonly used in high temperature environments with high requirements for corrosion resistance and self-cleaning, such as chemical equipment, building exterior walls, etc.
Heterocyclic polymer coatings: including polyimide, polyamide imide, polyphenylene sulfide, and polyether sulfone, etc., with outstanding high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and excellent electrical insulation performance. They are expensive, have poor storage performance, and require strict pigment requirements. They are mainly used in high-temperature insulation, such as insulation of high-temperature components in aerospace, electronic and electrical fields
