High Temperature Resistant Coating Method 2

Thermal spraying method
Pre treatment: Clean, degreasing, rust removal and other treatments are carried out on the surface of the substrate to improve the adhesion between the coating and the substrate. Then, roughening treatment is carried out as needed to increase the surface roughness.
Selection of spraying materials: Choose suitable spraying materials based on high temperature resistance requirements and usage environment, such as ceramic powder (such as alumina, zirconia, etc.), metal ceramic powder, or metal powder.
Thermal spraying operation: Flame spraying, plasma spraying, or supersonic spraying are used to heat the sprayed material to a molten or semi molten state, and then spray it onto the surface of the substrate at high speed to form a high-temperature resistant coating.
Post treatment: After spraying is completed, the coating is subjected to post-processing such as grinding and polishing as needed to obtain the required surface quality and dimensional accuracy.
