The high temperature resistance limit of organic high-temperature resistant coatings

The high temperature resistance limit of organic high-temperature resistant coatings varies depending on the type of coating, as follows:Organic silicon high-temperature resistant coating: It can generally be used for a long time in the temperature range of 200-800 ℃, and some products that have been specially modified or optimized in formula can temporarily withstand high temperatures close to 1000 ℃.
Fluororesin high-temperature resistant coating: It can usually be used for a long time at temperatures of 200-400 ℃. Fluororesin coatings with special formulations can withstand temperatures above 400 ℃ for a short period of time under specific conditions, but generally will not exceed 500 ℃.
Heterocyclic polymer high temperature resistant coating: It has superior high temperature resistance and can be used for a long time at temperatures of 300-500 ℃ or even higher. Some high-end heterocyclic polymer coatings can temporarily withstand high temperatures above 500 ℃ under specific environmental and testing conditions, and some polyimide coatings can withstand high temperatures of around 600 ℃ in the short term.
