Coating appearance effect
Spray coating construction: It can form a relatively uniform, flat, and consistent thickness coating, with a delicate texture on the appearance, especially suitable for large areas of building exterior walls and other parts. Dip coating construction: The efficiency is still acceptable for batch processing of small components, but it is not suitable for overall construction of large buildings. Dip coating requires larger containers to hold the coating, and the amount of coating used is relatively large. In terms of cost, processing a large number of small components may have certain advantages, but for individual large building components, the cost is higher. At the same time, issues such as drying the site after dip coating also need to be considered.
Rolling coating construction: The operation is relatively simple, and the construction efficiency is between spraying and wiping. For large areas of indoor walls, the construction cost is relatively low, and the tool cost is not high. However, there are also situations where additional manual repair is required for corner treatment, which will to some extent affect the overall efficiency and cost.
