July 2025 – Anhui Aiyota Silicone Oil Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aiyota") officially released its new-generation environmentally friendly solid silicone resin product – IOTA GT6. As an innovative upgraded version of pure silicone resin materials, this product provides high-performance solutions for special fields such as high-temperature anti-corrosion and insulating coatings, especially suitable for coating protection in extreme environments like aerospace and military equipment, relying on its excellent high-temperature resistance, weather resistance, and mechanical properties.

IOTA GT6, with pure silicone resin as the core substrate, boasts several outstanding features: Firstly, broad temperature stability, it can withstand extreme high and low-temperature environments while demonstrating excellent arc and corona resistance as well as electrical insulation, ensuring insulation safety under high-voltage or humid conditions. Secondly, strong environmental adaptability, through optimized molecular structure, the product exhibits superior performance in weather aging resistance, flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, and ozone resistance, with chemical stability far exceeding that of traditional resin materials. Thirdly, enhanced mechanical properties, it has improved flexibility compared to the original GT5 model, significantly enhancing the coating's bending resistance while maintaining a high phenyl content, balancing rigidity and durability.

In application scenarios, IOTA GT6 shows strong compatibility and practicality: It can be used alone as a high-temperature resistant powder coating or liquid resin, or blended with epoxy, polyester, and other powder resins to flexibly meet different process requirements. Its typical applications include anti-corrosion coatings for civilian high-temperature components such as barbecue grills, automobile mufflers, and exhaust pipes. Moreover, it can meet the strict requirements of high-end fields like aerospace and military equipment for high-temperature resistance and anti-aging of materials, providing long-term coating protection for special equipment.

As an environmentally friendly product, IOTA GT6 contains no solvents, appears as white granules at room temperature, and does not agglomerate during storage, meeting the requirements of modern industry for low VOC emissions and safe production. The product is packaged in 25kg paper drums or 50kg composite cartons with double inner bags for moisture-proof sealing. The original sealed storage period can reach 18 months (in a cool and dry environment below 30°C), and it can still be used after passing the inspection if the storage period is exceeded, effectively reducing customers' inventory management costs.
