This is a liquid precursor polymer that integrates a variety of outstanding characteristics, bringing boundless possibilities to your projects.

IOTA 9120 boasts remarkable performance and significant advantages. It has low viscosity and good fluidity, making it easy to process. Its short curing time greatly saves time costs. It offers diverse curing methods, being able to undergo cross-linking curing at 120 - 180℃ in air or an inert atmosphere, as well as achieving silicone hydrogen addition reaction curing at 80 - 100℃ using a platinum catalyst. The cured product has a high ceramic yield and is easy to prepare into SiBCN ceramics with excellent temperature resistance. Below 1600℃, the ceramic product is amorphous, and it starts to crystallize above 1600℃. Moreover, the composition of the ceramic product is closely related to the pyrolysis atmosphere. Additionally, it has good adhesion to materials such as metals, ceramics, and graphite, and can be widely applied in multiple fields.

In terms of applications, IOTA 9120 excels. Whether it is in ceramic matrix composites, metal matrix composites, high-temperature-resistant adhesives, anti-corrosion coatings, or other fields, it can fully demonstrate its capabilities and endow products with excellent performance.

We offer flexible packaging solutions. According to customer needs, we package it in 0.5 - 20 liter plastic buckets with tight sealing, and the solid content is as high as 99.99%. For cleaning, simply wipe the tools with acetone or solvent oil promptly after use. The shelf life of unopened IOTA 9120 is half a year. After opening, under sealed, low-temperature, and dry conditions, its service life is more than two months.
