This colorless transparent liquid integrates nano-titanium dioxide photocatalysis and superhydrophobic properties, delivering advanced protection for metal, glass, ceramic, and stone substrates.
IOTA ST2 is engineered via nano-coating technology, containing nanoscale materials that reduce surface tension upon application. Under UV and visible light, it generates hydroxyl radicals, enabling three key functions: catalytic degradation of oil stains, efficient bacterial inactivation with toxin neutralization, and air purification (formaldehyde/odor removal). The cured 8H pencil hardness ceramic coating (GB/T 6739-1996) features >100° water contact angle for water-sheeting effect, high transparency, and 200°C heat resistance, ensuring long-term outdoor durability.
Application is streamlined: tack-free in 10-30 minutes at room temperature, with curing options of 170°C for 5 minutes or 1-3 days (with 5%-8% curing agent). The 1-5μm dry film achieves 0-class adhesion (GB/T 9286-1998), ideal for solar panel anti-fouling, architectural glass UV resistance, and metal anti-oxidation, enhancing energy efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
Packaged in 25kg plastic drums or 200kg iron drums, it is non-hazardous for transport with a 6-month shelf life.
