July 2025 – Anhui Aiyota New Materials unveils IOTA ST6, a cutting-edge superhydrophobic nano-ceramic resin based on siloxane technology. This eco-friendly solution combines room-temperature curing, high hardness, and long-lasting stain resistance, setting new standards for surface protection in construction, home appliances, and electronics.

IOTA ST6 stands out for its environmental sustainability and superior performance. As a solvent-based siloxane resin, it meets EU CE certification with ultra-low VOC emissions, ensuring odor-free application and zero pollution. Upon curing, it forms a 5H hardness ceramic coating with a water contact angle >100°, delivering lotus-effect water repellency and a silky-smooth texture. Daily stains wipe off effortlessly, reducing maintenance costs significantly.

Room-temperature curing and user-friendly application simplify workflow: after surface sanding and degreasing, the resin (tintable with pigments/fillers) can be sprayed, brushed, or wiped on, then air-dried without heat. Optimal performance is achieved with a dry film thickness under 10μm, boasting exceptional weatherability and heat resistance—withstanding -40℃ to 500℃ temperature extremes and 5,000 hours of UV exposure without yellowing or cracking. Ideal uses include outdoor building materials, kitchen appliances, and automotive interiors.

Compatible with ethanol and ester solvents, IOTA ST6 allows easy viscosity adjustment with leveling agents if needed. Available in 1L, 5L, and 20L packaging with an 18-month shelf life, it is now available on Tmall and JD.com, with free application guides and custom color matching.
