July 2025 – Anhui Aiyota Silicone Oil Co., Ltd. introduces IOTA-OPSZ-9150, a cutting-edge organosilicon polysilazane coating resin featuring Si-NH-Si bonds for room-temperature curing. With post-curing hardness up to 9H, UV resistance, and solvent tolerance, protectio, metal corrosion prevention, and beyond.
IOTA-OPSZ-9150’s standout innovation is its ambient-curing capability. Through hydrolysis and oxidation of Si-NH-Si bonds, it achieves touch-dry in 2 hours and full curing (6H hardness) within 3 days at 20-25℃. For accelerated processes, "3h room temp + 2h 120℃ bake" yields 8H hardness, ideal for high-demand applications requiring rapid curing and superior hardness. The cured 3D cross-linked film offers >90% visible light transmittance, 105° water contact angle, and resistance to alcohols, ketones, and organic solvents, ensuring long-term chemical stability.
Versatile and easy to apply, this single-component resin (99% solid content, 50cPs viscosity) dissolves in ethers and alkanes (avoiding alcohols/water). It delivers 0-class adhesion on metals (cross-cut test), metal anti-corrosion layers, silicone resin curing agents, and general resin hardeners to enhance composite strength.
Packaged in 5L sealed metal drums, IOTA-OPSZ-9150 has a 2-year unopened shelf life and >6-month post-opening lifespan under sealed, low-temperature dry storage. Tools require immediate cleaning with acetone or solvent oil; cured coatings are removable via 10% NaOH aqueous solution soaking (5+ hours).
