As a one-component water-based nano-coating, IOTA ST3 integrates advanced nano-ceramic technology and green formulations, boasting exceptional hardness (8H pencil hardness), rapid curing, and long-term protection. Its cured film exhibits superior scratch resistance and hydrophobic self-cleaning properties (water contact angle >100°), effectively repelling stains, graffiti, and high-temperature environments (up to 400°C), making it ideal for high-end furniture, electronics, and architectural facades.

The product achieves breakthroughs in both efficiency and environmental safety: applicable for brushing or spraying at room temperature, it cures in just 2 minutes at 150°C, significantly reducing project timelines. With zero formaldehyde and benzene emissions, it meets modern green industrial standards. Additionally, optimal performance is achieved with a dry film thickness below 10 microns, featuring a high-gloss transparent finish and smooth texture, balancing aesthetics and functionality.

Leveraging IOTA Group’s silicone industry chain expertise and collaborative R&D with Nanjing universities, IOTA ST3 overcomes nano-dispersion and self-crosslinking challenges, delivering outstanding yellowing resistance, adhesion, and weatherability. Packaged in 25kg plastic drums or 200kg iron drums, it offers a 6-month shelf life under 5-35°C cool, dry conditions and complies with non-hazardous transportation regulations.
