Recently, IOTA has officially launched its innovative product—IOTA PHPS Hydrogenated Polysilazane Liquid Coating Material. This coating product, primarily composed of inorganic (hydrogenated) polysilazane (PHPS), has garnered widespread attention in the coating market due to its outstanding performance and wide range of applications.

IOTA PHPS boasts excellent solubility, short curing time, and diverse curing methods. It exhibits strong adhesion to metals, ceramics, and polymer materials, and can convert to SiO₂ at lower temperatures, forming a hard and durable coating. Technical parameters indicate that IOTA PHPS is a colorless transparent liquid with a solid content of 20%, a liquid density of 1.16-1.31 g/ml, and a cured density of 1.6-2.0 g/ml.

In terms of coating performance, IOTA PHPS excels with high hardness, large elastic modulus, excellent transparency, strong adhesion, and a temperature resistance of up to 800 degrees. It offers superior rust, alkali, and saltwater resistance, though slightly weaker in acid resistance (10% hydrochloric acid).

IOTA PHPS has a wide range of applications, including anti-graffiti coatings for buildings, precious metal corrosion prevention, rail transit, semiconductor insulation layers, electronic circuits, gas barrier and waterproofing for plastic packaging, high-temperature oxidation resistance for metals, and surface hardening coatings. Its application methods are flexible and can be customized according to customer needs.

Currently, IOTA PHPS is packaged in 0.5-10 liter metal drums for convenient transportation and storage. IOTA will continue to dedicate itself to researching and developing more innovative products, providing the coating market with more high-quality choices to support efficient and eco-friendly coating solutions across various industries.
