IOTA has officially launched its newly developed rapid self-drying ultra-hard nano ceramic coating – IOTA ST3, bringing a revolutionary solution to surface treatment applications for metals, glass, ceramics, and wood furniture with exceptional performance and environmental friendliness.

IOTA ST3 is a one-component nano ceramic topcoat featuring a colorless transparent liquid appearance and high-gloss finish. Utilizing advanced formulation technology, this coating achieves an impressive 8H hardness after curing, offering excellent scratch resistance and a smooth, silky touch. The standout feature of this product is its rapid self-drying capability, requiring only 2 minutes at 150°C for complete curing, significantly enhancing construction efficiency.

Environmentally, IOTA ST3 excels by producing no harmful substances such as formaldehyde or benzene during application, ensuring the health and safety of both applicators and end users. Additionally, the coating demonstrates superior hydrophobic properties and exceptional high-temperature resistance, maintaining stability at temperatures up to 400°C, along with outstanding anti-yellowing performance.

The product finds wide application in metal surface protection, glass coating, ceramic preservation, and wood furniture finishing. Offering flexible application methods including brushing and spraying, optimal coating performance is achieved with dry film thickness maintained below 10 micrometers.
