A next-generation nano protective coating material - hydrogenated polysilazane liquid coating IOTA PHPS - has officially launched, bringing revolutionary innovation to the coating industry with its exceptional performance and broad application prospects.
IOTA PHPS features a colorless transparent liquid design with 20% solid content, offering excellent solubility and multiple curing options. The product requires over 7 days for room temperature curing, but can be cured in just 2 hours under humid conditions (90% humidity, 150°C), significantly enhancing construction efficiency.
The coating material's primary advantage lies in its outstanding physicochemical properties. After curing, it forms a SiOx structure with coating thickness exceeding 100nm, pencil hardness reaching 9H (China standard), and transparency over 90%, demonstrating excellent visible light performance. Through different curing methods, coating hardness can reach 3-10GPa with elastic modulus of 60-130GPa, showcasing super-hard stain-resistant characteristics.
IOTA PHPS demonstrates excellent adhesion properties with good bonding to metal ceramic polymer materials, achieving grade 0 in cross-cut tape tests. The product can be converted to SiO2 at relatively low temperatures with thermal resistance up to 800°C, while providing strong anti-rust, alkali resistance, and salt water resistance for reliable substrate protection.
The product offers broad application fields including anti-graffiti for buildings, precious metal anti-corrosion, rail transportation, semiconductor insulation layers, electronic circuits, plastic packaging gas barrier and waterproofing, metal high-temperature oxidation resistance, and surface hardening coatings. Packaging is flexible with 0.5-10 liter sealed metal drums, solid content adjustable to 2-20%.
