IOTA Corporation has recently launched its latest innovation - the self-drying ultra-hard nano ceramic coating ST3, bringing revolutionary changes to the metal, glass, ceramic, and wood furniture industries.

According to the product's technical director, this colorless transparent high-gloss topcoat utilizes advanced nano-technology formulation with exceptional physical performance. The coating achieves 8H hardness level with excellent scratch resistance and a smooth, delicate feel, while maintaining superior cost-performance ratio.

The product's greatest technological breakthrough lies in its environmental friendliness. As a single-component nano coating, ST3 produces absolutely no harmful substances such as formaldehyde or benzene compounds during use, ensuring the health and safety of both applicators and end-users. Additionally, the product features outstanding hydrophobic properties and high-temperature resistance, operating stably at temperatures up to 400°C.

For application, ST3 supports both brushing and spraying methods with simple operation. Rapid curing occurs after 2 minutes at 150°C, significantly improving production efficiency. The product requires storage in sealed conditions at 5-35°C in cool, dry environments, with a shelf life of six months.

IOTA Corporation stated that the launch of ST3 coating demonstrates the company's technical capabilities in the environmentally-friendly coatings sector, providing related industries with safer and more efficient surface treatment solutions. The product is now available for orders in packaging options of 25kg plastic drums and 200kg steel drums.
