IOTA Corporation has proudly launched its latest innovation - the high-temperature resistant water-based nano ceramic coating ST4, setting new technical benchmarks in the industrial coating sector.

This high-gloss topcoat represents a major breakthrough in water-based coating technology. As a pure water-based formulation, ST4 produces absolutely no harmful gases such as formaldehyde or benzene compounds during use, truly achieving green and environmentally friendly protection for both applicators and end-users' health and safety.

ST4's most remarkable technical advantage lies in its exceptional physical and chemical properties. The coating achieves an impressive 9H hardness level and, after curing, demonstrates excellent acid and alkali resistance, along with superior wear resistance and scratch protection. Notably, the product features multiple protective functions including anti-graffiti, dust-proof, oil-resistant, and anti-pollution characteristics, providing comprehensive protection for substrates.

In terms of high-temperature performance, ST4 excels remarkably, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures up to 900°C. This makes it an effective fireproof coating when applied to wood surfaces, providing reliable fire safety protection.

The product offers wide-ranging applications suitable for various substrates including metal, glass, ceramics, and wood furniture as a topcoat treatment. Application methods are versatile, supporting brushing, flow coating, spin coating, and roller coating techniques.

Technical specifications show that ST4 contains 35% solids content, with optimal performance achieved at dry film thicknesses between 1-50 micrometers. Curing options include natural curing (complete curing in 7 days) and thermal curing (complete curing in 3 hours at 150°C).

IOTA Corporation stated that the launch of ST4 will further solidify its leading position in the high-end coating market, providing customers with safer, more efficient, and durable coating solutions. The product features a 6-month shelf life and is available in packaging options of 25kg plastic drums and 200kg steel drums.
