Recently, a product named Thermosetting Coating Resin (Organosilicon Polysilazane) IOTA OPSZ 1800 has created a stir in the coating industry. This innovative material offers brand-new protective solutions for numerous industries with its exceptional ultra-high-temperature performance and flexible curing characteristics.

The IOTA OPSZ 1800 coating can withstand working temperatures of over 1000°C, and its peak operating temperature can reach up to 1800°C, demonstrating remarkable high-temperature resistance. It adopts a low-viscosity solvent-free system with a solid content of up to 99.99% and can be rapidly cured by heating to 200°C. The addition of free radical initiators such as dicumyl peroxide can reduce the curing temperature. Within the temperature range of 100°C to 180°C, curing can be completed in 1 to 90 minutes, greatly improving construction efficiency. For systems without initiators, curing can also be achieved by heating at 200 - 250°C.

In terms of formulation and application, the typical dosage of IOTA OPSZ 1800 is 10 - 60%, and it is compatible with many solvents. When heated above 700°C, the polymer can be converted into ceramics, making it suitable for applications such as high-temperature ceramic coatings, thermally stable anti-corrosion coatings, and non-stick coatings.

The typical coating performance is also outstanding, with a variety of colors, gloss levels ranging from matte to satin, thicknesses between 10 - 300μm, a pencil hardness greater than 9H, and good chemical resistance and thermal shock resistance. This product provides an ideal choice for industries with strict high-temperature protection requirements, such as aerospace, automotive manufacturing, and industrial furnaces, and is expected to drive relevant industries to a new level of development.
