Recently, the brand IOTA has made a splash in the coating market by launching its Rapid Self-Drying Ultra-Hard Nano-Ceramic Coating IOTA ST3. This coating has quickly become a focal point in the industry due to its outstanding performance and eco-friendly characteristics.

IOTA ST3 appears as a colorless and transparent liquid. As a topcoat, it is suitable for metals, glass, ceramics, and wooden furniture, and can also be used for crystal plating, presenting a high-gloss finish. In terms of environmental protection, it excels by not producing toxic gases such as formaldehyde and benzene during use, making it extremely friendly to construction and user personnel and truly achieving green and pollution-free operation.

In terms of performance, the product adopts advanced processes and formulations, boasting a hardness of up to 8H, strong scratch resistance, a smooth and delicate feel, and extremely high cost-effectiveness. As a single-component nano-coating, it is easy to use, dries quickly, and is resistant to yellowing. Meanwhile, it has excellent hydrophobic properties and can withstand temperatures up to 400℃, maintaining stability in various harsh environments.

The construction process is also very simple. First, polish and degrease the device and clean it thoroughly. Then, spray or brush the coating onto the surface of the device. Finally, cure it by drying at 150℃ for 2 minutes. For packaging and transportation, it is packed in 25-kg plastic buckets or 200-kg iron drums and transported as non-hazardous goods, with a shelf life of half a year. When using, note that the optimal coating performance is achieved when the dry film thickness is below 10 microns. Ethanol can be used for dilution, and an appropriate amount of leveling agent can be added if the leveling is not good.
