Recently, a siloxane resin material named Superhydrophobic Nano-Ceramic Resin IOTA ST6 has emerged in the field of materials science, attracting widespread attention with its unique properties.

IOTA ST6 can be cured at room temperature, eliminating the need for complex high-temperature processing equipment and making it extremely convenient to use. After full curing, its hardness can reach 5H, providing solid physical protection for devices. Meanwhile, it offers long-lasting stain resistance, keeping device surfaces clean for a long time. What's more, this resin has excellent water-repellent and smooth-touch properties, with a water contact angle greater than 100°, effectively preventing water adhesion.

In terms of features, IOTA ST6 is environmentally friendly and does not pollute the environment, aligning with the current concept of sustainable development. It has superior performance, with a smooth and delicate touch, enhancing the user experience of products. Moreover, it boasts excellent weather resistance and high-temperature resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 500℃ and maintaining stable performance in various harsh environments.

The usage method is quite simple. First, polish, degrease, and clean the device. Then, apply the nano-resin (which can be added with pigments and fillers as needed) to the surface of the device through spraying, brushing, or wiping. Finally, cure it at room temperature. However, note that the dry film thickness should be controlled below 10 microns for optimal coating performance. When diluting the coating, solvents such as ethanol and esters can be used. If there is poor leveling, an appropriate amount of leveling agent can be added for adjustment. It is believed that IOTA ST6 will be widely applied in numerous fields, driving the development of material protection technology.
