IOTA OPSZ 1800 is an organosilicon polysilazane heat-curing coating resin engineered for extreme high-temperature environments, redefining high-temperature protection standards with exceptional heat resistance and application flexibility. Its core advantage lies in a coating operating temperature exceeding 1000°C (peak up to 1800°C), converting to a ceramic coating when heated above 700°C to form a dense inorganic barrier against high-temperature oxidation, corrosion, and thermal shock.

The product features a low-viscosity, solvent-free system with 99.99% solid content, balancing环保性 and film-forming efficiency. Curing is versatile: adding 0.5-1.0% free radical initiators (e.g., dicumyl peroxide) enables rapid curing at 100-180°C within 1-90 minutes; initiator-free systems cure at 200-250°C, adapting to diverse process needs. With a typical dosage of 10-60%, it is compatible with alkanes, aromatics, ethers, ketones, esters, and suitable for spraying, dipping, etc. Coating thickness ranges 10-300μm, with customizable colors and gloss from matte to silky.

Coating performance excels: pencil hardness >9H, excellent chemical resistance, and long-term protection against acids, alkalis, and solvents. Ideal for high-temperature ceramic coatings, heat-stable anti-corrosion coatings, and non-stick coatings, it is widely used in aerospace engine components, metallurgical high-temperature equipment, and industrial furnace linings. Its unique "organic-inorganic conversion" mechanism forms a Si-O-Si ceramic network at high temperatures, combining the processability of organic resins with the heat resistance of inorganic materials, solving the failure of traditional coatings under ultra-high temperatures.
