IOTA 9118 is a vinyl-functional liquid polysilazane engineered for high-temperature coating systems. With low viscosity, multi-substrate adhesion, and non-flammable properties, it stands as the ideal choice for high-temperature protection and easy-clean applications. Its unique Si-N structure cures to form SiCN ceramic coating, withstanding 1200℃ while maintaining excellent adhesion (cross-cut test 0级) to metals, alloys, glass, and plastics (PP/PC/PVC/PMMA), redefining high-temperature protective material standards.

  • Efficient Application & Flexible Curing: Low viscosity (50-80 cp at 25℃) enables brushing, dipping, spraying, with precise thickness control (5-50μm); supports thermal curing (150-200℃/2-4h), UV curing (with photoinitiator), adapting to various processes, and forms initial protective film in 3 days at room temperature.
  • High-Temp & Non-Flammable Protection: Cured coating is non-flammable (UL94 V-0), no dripping at high temperature, excellent oxidation resistance at 1200℃ (weight loss <5%), long-term use temperature 800℃, short-term peak 1200℃, far exceeding traditional organic coatings.
