Method 5 for High Temperature Resistant Coating

Coating method
Coating preparation: Mix high-temperature resistant resins (such as organic polysilazane resins, polyimide resins, etc.) with curing agents, fillers (such as hollow glass microspheres, nano silica, etc.), solvents, etc. in a certain proportion, stir evenly, and prepare high-temperature resistant coatings.
Substrate treatment: Pre treatment such as polishing, cleaning, and degreasing the surface of the substrate to improve the adhesion between the coating and the substrate.
Coating operation: The coating is evenly applied to the surface of the substrate using methods such as spraying, brushing, dipping, or scraping.
Curing treatment: The coated substrate is cured under certain temperature and time conditions to cause cross-linking reaction of the resin in the coating, forming a coating with certain strength and high temperature resistance.
